About Our Company

Campbell & Rosemurgy Real Estate is a division of Campbell Property Management & Real Estate, Inc. and has been serving the South Florida market since 1953. We continue to grow at a healthy rate and our local focus has helped us maintain control over the quality of services we provide.

Our Locations

Campbell & Rosemurgy has three excellent locations to better serve our clients and sales associates. Our East Broward office is located on East Hillsboro Blvd and serves as our corporate headquarters. We also have two other locations, in Boca Raton, and in Pompano-Lighthouse Point.

  • Personnel – All of our offices have a full time administrative assistant to handle the incoming calls and visitors. Our full time bookkeeper processes your commission checks quickly and you are paid in a timely manner.
  • Mailing Program – Mailing postcards for “Just Sold” properties are free to you.
  • Advertising – Company paid advertising includes regular ads in the Sun Sentinel newspaper and The Observer newspaper. We are a showcase company for for $300.00 per Realtor.
  • Commission – Campbell & Rosemurgy offers a very competitive commission split which varies based upon your production.
  • Start-up Costs – We provide you with your first set of business cards and your first mailing of announcement postcards.
